What is Listing Marketing Coordination?

Listing Marketing Coordination (LMC) is a systemized process that includes all of the steps -- from pre-listing to marketing to tracking -- that need to happen when you take on a new listing. The process begins with organizing and documenting the processes you use to get your listing in front of prospective buyers. Once these processes are in place, you are in a position to assign parts of the process to someone else to execute and track, freeing up your time to go out and generate new listings.

Below are the phases of LMC and specific activities that avertua can handle for you.

Pre-Listing

• Collaborate on the systemization of your current processes
• Develop a professional marketing plan that defines your marketing process, provides marketing samples, sales statistics and a list of your services
• Create a pre-listing plan and/or listing presentation for you to bring to use to market to sellers
• Assemble professional CMA's containing all pertinent information

Listing

• Update MLS*
• Enhance and update Realtor.com and other Internet listings
• Create virtual tours
